Pu Er Tea
Pu Ers are aged and fermented teas from Yunnan Province of China.  Pu Er is referring to the name of Pu Er county which used to be a trading post for tea during imperial China.  Pu Er is available as loose leaf or in various compressed form as a tea cake or brick.

Health Benefit: Know for reducing cholesterol and enhancing weight loss.  It has been backed up by scientific studies not only demonstrating results of lowered LDL cholesterol in rats, but discovering specific mechanisms through wich chemicals in Pu Er tea inhibit the synthesis of cholesterol.

Origin: Yunnan, China

Golden Needle Pu Er 1998
Harvested in year 1998, and has a rich soil or earthy taste, but complex with a very smooth sweet aftertaste.

Emperor Pu Er 1999
A cleaner taste for who would like to start drinking Pu Er teas.  Still can feel the sweet lingers in your mouth.

Ginger Orange Pu Er
Like a Pu Er with flavor.  Ginger root and orange peel with the base of Pu Er tea will be a best combination.  It’s worth to give it a try.

White Tea
White tea is made from immature tea leaves that are picked shortly before the buds have fully opened.  Since the tea leaves are merely steamed, it is the most natural form of tea, and has the most Catechin Polyphenols out of all the tea.  It is the best tea to drink to fight cancer.

Clouds & Mist Green Tea

Supreme Lu’An Gua Pian (Melon Seed) Green Tea
According to the recorded history books, Lu’An Gua Pian green tea was the firstly recorded in the book called The Classis of Tea, a first book about general tea knowledge.  This green tea is from Lu’An county in Anhui Province, China.  Unlike most green teas, Lu’An Gua Pian uses the second leaf on the branch and removed the central vein of each leaf.  This green tea has a rich grassy aroma.

Huang Shan Mao Feng (Yellow Mountain) Green Tea
This tea is one of the most famous teas in China and can almost always be found on the China Famous Tea list.  This tea is grown near Huang Shan (Yellow Mountain), which is home to many famous varieties of green tea.  Mao Feng that means fur peak due to the small white hairs which cover the leaves.  This tea will give you an orchid aftertaste.

Suprem Jasmine Bi Luo Chun Green Tea
A jasmine tea blended with fresh jasmine flowers.  This tea is fragrant and rich with a sweet and floral finish.

Hawaiian Green Tea
A blended tea with blue mallow flowers, rose petals, marigold, and scented with pineapple and sweet mango flavors.  Will give you a very tropical feeling for making ice tea.

Oolong Tea
Being half fermented, the Oolong Teas have a more robust flavor then Green teas. When speaking about loose tea like oolong, the word fermented really means oxidized. Oolong tea boosts metabolism, helping you burn fat faster. Its unique catechin (an antioxidant) and caffeine combination ignites your body’s fat-burning furnace and raises your metabolism for up to 2 hours after drinking it. Jin Xuan Milk Oolong Tea
Jin Xuan Milk Oolng Tea is another kind of fine classic Taiwan Oolong.  It belongs to a category of tea often called “Milk Oolong”.  However, this Jin Xuan Milk Oolong is special and unique because its milky aroma is natural, it is not manually added milk when process as other milk teas.  The first three infusion of this tea will have slight milky scent, whereas this scent will gradually reduce for the next cups.

Blue People Oolong Tea

Ginseng Oolong Tea
Ginseng Oolong tea is made with both Oolong tea and Ginseng and has a floral orchid-like aroma and a lingering sweetness which is attributed to the Oolong tea. Supreme Honey Dan Chong Oolong Tea
(Mi Xiang Dan Chong Oolong) is a fullbody tea with strengh. The doppelganger of teas, Dancong oolong teas are noted for their ability to naturally imitate the flavors and fragrances of various flowers and fruits, such as orange blossom, orchid, grapefruit, almond, ginger flower, etc.  The dried tea leaves of Honey Dan Chong are very aromatic even before they are steeped.

Jasmine Oolong Tea
Jasmine Oolong tea is often scented with jasmine flowers. Jasmine flowers are picked, and the tea leaves are steamed in order to hold scent well. (Often, green tea leaves are used for this process, but the process of scenting partially oxidizes the leaves, causing them to be considered oolong.) Jasmine flowers bloom at night; they are picked early in the day and mixed in with the tea at night, when they open and release their scent. The scent is infused into the leaves, and the process is repeated over a couple of nights.

Black Tea
Black Teas are fully oxidized and undergo full fermentation.  The flavor is more bold, full, and intense.  Like all teas, Black Teas contain antioxidants as well, but the fermentation process reduces the amount of antioxidants compared to Green Teas.

Yunnan
 Black Tea
Yunnan Black Tea is from China’s Yunnan Province. When oxidized, these beautiful buds turn gold rather than black, resulting in a rich, smooth flavor. This tea is deliciously rich and malty, with lingering notes of chocolate and honey. Evokes a peppery sweetness. Its liquor is a characteristic brassy red color different from other black teas.

Ying De Hong
Ying De Hong is one of the very few Black teas to come from the Guangdong province of China. Also known as Guangdong Black and Ying Hong, this Black tea was first introduced in the year 1959. This tea has a peppery note and a sweet finish

Chrysanthemum
